Meet our Owner
Behind the continuous success of our company is Issouf Sigue, our owner. He has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. In addition, he works with a supervisor who has been in the field for more than 19 years.
Since 2006, Issouf has been carrying out the idea of helping adults with developmental disabilities. This was when he was a supervisor at an association overseas called Become Like Others. After moving to Cincinnati, Ohio and working with a few agencies more than a year ago, he finally decided to make his dreams come true.

Although we are a relatively new agency, our team members have solid experiences. All of our caregivers have been working in the industry for more than 5 to 10 years.
